PRAYER OF PREPARATION

Consider joining us Sunday mornings for our pre-service prayer from 8:45-9:45 a.m. in the Recreational Building kitchen! Pray with us as long as you’re able, even if you can’t stay the entire time.
If you’re unable to gather with us in prayer Sunday mornings, below is a prayer of preparation you can pray to ready your heart to be met by God in our service this Sunday.

Blessed are you, Lord God, King of the universe.
In your wisdom you have made all creation to worship you.
As we prepare for worship, we pray that you will quiet our hearts,
That we may hear your voice in your Word.
We pray that you will stir our hearts,
That we may more faithfully follow Jesus,
And that you will be glorified by the praise and prayers we offer you.
Bless those who lead us in worship with your Spirit.
May our worship today help us to offer our entire lives to you
And unite us with your whole church throughout the world.
Amen.
