Sunday Service Follow Up – 02.03.2019
This past Sunday we continued the third installment of our current series called “Imago Dei and Our Day,” looking at how the image of God (Imago Dei) shapes what we must believe and how we must live in response to important issues in our day. Looking at 2 Corinthians 4:1-6, Tab showed us how the Imago Dei relates to our proclamation of the glory of Christ.
Below you will find discussion questions that you can work through individually, as a family, or with other believers.
Discussion and Response Questions
Read 2 Corinthians 4:1-6 and consider the questions below:
1. How would you sum up God’s main point in 2 Corinthians 4:1-6?
2. How are the unbelieving described in verses 3 and 4, and how should this description affect us?
3. The apostle proclaims the gospel (verse 5) because of what he says in verse 6. What’s the connection, and how should that connection help us?
4. How would you like this passage to shape how you relate to the unbelieving around you? To whom might you reach out and how?
